cottoncandylullabydreams: In my personal opinion, one of the fundamental way to be khusyu’ during solat is to understand what we are reciting. Here is one of the most easiest surah to memorise and I personally always recite this surah. This is Surah Al Ikhlas, although it’s short but the meaning behind it are powerful that it brought me to tears.  Say, He is Allah [who is] One. (112:1) Subhanallah, there is no reason why we should not obey His Words for He is our Creator and The Lord of the mankind. Allah is One. :) Laillahaillah.
